If the reservation was made through Booking.com, we will adopt the policies provided by the platform.
In caso di prenotazione diretta con l’Hotel (tramite sito web, telefono o via mail) la cancellazione è gratuita, se effettuata entro 7 gg prima dell’arrivo.

At what time are check-in and check-out possible?
It is possible to Check-in from 14:00, while Check-Out must be done by 10:00. You can ask the reception for the availability of early check-ins and late check-outs.

Yes, our rates always include buffet breakfast.
Are the rooms accessible?
Yes, but our Hotel has a limited number of properly equipped rooms and for this reason we ask you to make a specific request when booking.
Is the breakfast buffet adapted to guests with special dietary needs?

Does the Hotel offer a transfer service to/from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport?
Yes, you can submit your request within a week before arrival and we will contact our transfer partners and book for you.
Is it possible to book Half Board?
Hotel Onda Marina only offers B&B treatment but has an agreement with the restaurant “La Taverna degli Artisti” located in front of the hotel with 10% discount on the menu for our guests. Ask the reception for more tips and discounts.
